MULTI-PURPOSE SPORT HALL SCHEME DESIGN
MULTI-PURPOSE CENTRE AT BYGHOLM LAKE, HORSENS 2015
Project Background
The city of Horsens expects the population of Horsens to grow by 20% by the year 2020. It has therefore decided to develop a very attractive urban area north of Bygholm Lake and expects that future building designs will be both ‘sustainable’ and ‘green’. When fully developed, the area will contain approx. 1,000 houses and up to 70,000 m2 of light commercial buildings (small companies).
New building is planned to be multi-purpose sport hall with administration building. These two part of buildings is composed of different materials sport hall is made of prefebaricated concrete, and administration part is made of prefabricated wood.
SCHEME DESIGN
The project proposal is a revision of the approved outline proposal to such an extent that all decisions pivotal to the project have been made and included in the proposal.
The project proposal is the basis on which the client makes its decisions on the aesthetic, functional, technical and financial solution of the project in question, principles of operation and maintenance as well as financing. The project proposal must contain a proposal for the form of tender and the allocation of contracts.
Depending on the nature of the project, the following documents are prepared: Architect: - a description, including a description of the overall architectural approach, motivated by the choice of structures and materials - ground plan (scale 1:200/1:500) - levels, sections and elevations (scale 1:100/1:200) and any sections on a larger scale.basic furniture plans - a report on floorage and a calculation of plot ratios
