Architect's Brief

Sundgårdsvej 95, 8700 Horsens, Denmark 

New modern house with maximum building size 170m2. This house has to be designed using natural materials such as slates, bricks, wood and all rules should be followed by local law No 141. This house also should have prefabricated concrete balcony oriented towards the lake view. The house should have walk-in wardrobes and wood burning stove. This house should be composed with a basement consisting in 3-4 rooms with internal and external staircases and light shafts. This house could have alternative solutions, which in our case was implementing a heat pump as alternative house heating.
